Principal Responsibilities

· You will be involved in overall Recruitment and On-boarding processes which include arranging interviews, posting job advertisements, maintaining recruitment database and etc.

· You will handle HR daily operation duties including digitizing HR documents, maintain staff records, filing HR documents, preparing HR letters and etc

· You will co-coordinate training and development initiatives

· You will assist in organizing employee engagement activities

· You will also be required to attend to any other ad hoc assignments or special projects as directed by the manager/ director

Requirements

· Possess or currently pursuing Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other related discipline

· IT savvy; proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong organizational and follow up skills

· Diligent and meticulous.

· Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Great personality and positive working attitude
