Job Description:

Training & Development

1. To Identifying the need for a role, writing up job descriptions, defining the skill set of the candidate. 
2. Screening, interview and select the right talent to hiring manager, preparing offer letter, etc;
3. On boarding set up, schedule orientation for new joiners (including setting laptop to new joiner).
4. Visa applications.

Training & Development

1. Provide/ suggest necessary tools training that able to strengthen staff's skill, improve confidence level, etc.
2. Performance Management.
3. Responsible for the plan of managing performance process includes annual appraisals/ performance review.

Employee Relations

1. Increase Employee well-being.
2. Involve/ planning for festive celebration.
3. Responsible for staff's engagement.

Employment Law & Compliance

1. Familiar and stay up to date with Employment Law and ensure the Organisational policies, procedures and benefits comply with the latest laws.
2. Ensure Employment Handbook is up to date.

Employment Support

1. Involve in Contract drafting, if necessary, especially employment related service such as Employment Handbook, Employment Letter issuance.
2. Provide necessary Employment Law related services to RA based on Client inquiries.
3. Liase with Vendor for HR related service provider such as attendance /IT/Visa Agent.
4. Company Licensing matter.

IT/ Marketing

1. Monthly candidates & clients Email Magazine.
2. Provide training to new joiner related to Email Magazine.
3. Provide 1st IT Support to staffs, escalating issues to vendors and etc.

Requirements:

• Obtained Degree in any field. 
• 5 years working experience in HR.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet the deadline.
• Language required: English, Chinese, Malay.
