Job description
- Support for the on boarding and resigning of employees.
- Support the HR Strategies and activities such as employee Placement Performance, Evaluation and Compensation & Benefits Policies.
- Manage the administration of mobility, contract management, insurance claims and other administrative matters.
- Involve in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to respective local regulations.
- Be a HR contact point for the employees and response for a diverse (internal) group.
- Provide other ad-hoc HR / Admin matters to support business needs.
- Support the Training and Development activities.
- Support Payroll activities.
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with good knowledge of local employment legislation with some hands-on exposure.
- Ability to multi-task and resourceful, able to perform under minimum supervision.
- Meticulous and possess good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, ability to work with all levels and cross-functions.
- Knowledge in handling foreign worker matters.
