Responsibilities:
HR Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives and company culture.
- Lead or participate in HR program implementations regionally.
- Maintain global HR continuity by collaborating with the Group HR Manager in Shanghai.
Talent Planning and Employee Management:
- Conduct manpower planning to meet organizational needs.
- Manage the full talent acquisition process including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, pre-employment checks, contracts, and induction programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to propose competitive packages.
- Ensure the performance evaluation process is deployed effectively.
- Communicate corporate policies and practices to line managers and employees.
Performance Management:
- Enhance performance and incentive management systems based on company strategy.
- Facilitate performance reviews, including goal setting and feedback.
Employee Relationship & Development:
- Foster relationships with employees to drive engagement and productivity.
- Develop and implement programs to increase engagement, motivation, retention, and productivity.
- Provide support and guidance on complex employee issues.
- Manage employee investigations, disciplinary hearings, and termination processes.
- Organize learning and development initiatives.
- Assist line managers with corporate engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business administration, law, psychology, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
- Strong management skills and experience working with senior leadership.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Organizational and analytical abilities, capable of working in a multicultural environment under pressure.
