Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\n * Partners with the business HR, CoE and department leadership teams to provide HR support and solutions on all people-related matters, helping them address workforce challenges and achieve their business objectives.\n * Works with business and departmental line managers to ensure all people\u2019s processes are effectively managed, including recruitment and selection, workforce planning, employee engagement, disciplinary management, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and related compliance requirements.\n * Provides guidance and coaching to people managers within the assigned business or department on all HR and people-related matters.\n * Handle employee relations issues early and deal with everyday complaints tactfully.\n * Provide advice and support for labor relations with unions, such as wage or contract discussions, and carry out tasks that need local knowledge or on-site presence, especially for legal, regulatory, or community-related issues.\n * Develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with company goals.\n * Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.\n * Managing collective bargaining and collective agreement with the Trade Union\n * Conduct training on employee relations and labor legislation.\n * Prepare reports on employee relations metrics and issues.\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\n * Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in industrial relations or employee relations.\n * Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.\n * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.\n * Ability to implement strong disciplinary procedures and develop strategic plan to maintain discipline at the workplace.\n * Leadership and conflict management skills.\n * Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.\n * Familiar with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirement.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
