Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and retention to develop and oversee whole recruitment process.
- Oversee all labor engagement and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
- Compensation and benefits - monitor compensation to ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits.
- Managing the HR department budget and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations,
- Advise CEO on appropriate staffing levels and assist in budget preparation.
- Creating HR environment which includes Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Employee Retention & Engagement
- Taking charge of administration role to ensure smooth running of daily administrative functions in the office.
Job Requirement:
- Hold a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, and/or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR and/or related working experience.
- E-commerce / digital communication exposure will be added advantages.
- Knowledge in Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act, payroll and Statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, IRB)
- Good negotiation, writing, communications, people and leadership skills
- Able to communicate with employees from all levels
