Our clients provides vertically integrated manufacturing company offering contract manufacturing solutions with capabilities spanning printed circuit board manufacturing, precision components services (die cut, RFI/EMI, thermal solutions, printing), polymer processing such as thermoplastic and thermoset injection moulding including elastomeric solutions, woodworking, wire harness manufacturing, and acoustics solutions.
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions (inclusive of talent acquisition, talent development, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefit) and provision of all HR operational activities
2. Be the local advisory on HR Operational issues, ensuring compliance with local labour rules and regulations
3. Provide advice and counsel to Management on HR queries and employee relation matters, including disciplinary/grievance handling.
4. Prepare monthly and yearly reports as per requirements
5. Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by your Superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and managerial position.
3. Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
4. Able to handle ISO and HR audit
5. Strong inter-personal skills and can interact well at all level
6. Familiar Payroll software and MS Office applications
7. Self-motivated and committed, mature, confident and can work independently
8. Required Skill(s):, Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership, Communication, Decision-making ability
9. Have strong command and written skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
