Responsibilities:
I. Recruitment & Manpower – Collaborate with business unit heads, and working with head office HR Department to fulfil hiring needs, and execute the 3Rs (Recruit, Reward and Retain) and 1D (Develop) strategies.
- Drive staff recruitment activities with talent acquisition specialist to achieve efficient candidates selection for hiring managers/directors/partners;
- Formulate and implement effective recruitment plans to identify appropriate candidates and attract top talent;
- Cultivate relationships with institutions of higher learnings to establish internship programs and establish talents pipeline.
II. HR and Administration – Be the trusted advisor to employees on all people related matters.
- Review and update HR policies in accordance to head office processes, local employment legislations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards;
- Maintain accurate employees data and coordinate rightful payroll movement;
- Address employees’ HR queries, providing positive employee experience at all time;
- Assist in sourcing, reviewing and renewing of company benefits such as group insurance, and group travel coverage etc;
- Collaborate with Administration Executive and head office Admin to manage office maintenance and administrative duties for KL office.
III. Corporate Culture & Employee Relations – Be the agent of change to inculcate a positive, high energy culture and good productivity environment.
- Collaborate with management and employees to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture;
- Oversee Industrial and Employee Relations matters, including staff discipline, grievances if any;
- Promote organisational programs/trainings/activities to foster a productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant HR experience with full HR generalist exposure, preferably experience in HR assistant managerial or full HR managerial role;
- Proficient in Malaysian labour laws, employment acts, and related legislation;
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels;
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with good written capability;
- Goal-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with foreign employees work permit application is an advantage.
