B. Job Scope/Summary
To develop, execute and manage human resources, administration and policies related matters consistently, to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met through the maximization of the company’s human resources by effective management development and career pathing.
C. Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the operational human resource functions such as monthly payroll, recruitment and selection process, on-boarding process, employee relations matters, employee conflict or grievances management, foreign worker management and HR administration.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Benchmark pay and benefits programs and ensure that we are market competitive.
• Assess employee development needs to propose, execute and monitor development programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management.
• Strengthen the structures and processes.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.
D. Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any area.
• 8-10 years managing HR functions and team.
• Well versed in the labor law and experienced in managing industrial and employee relations.
• Strong stakeholder management and able to facilitate meetings to influence decision making.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze trends and recommend solutions.
• Familiar with online payroll management systems
