HR Manager - Unlimited Growth Potential

Job Roles

· Perform full spectrum of Human Resources which include manpower planning & sourcing, training & development, talent management and other HR related support services.

· Maintaining current HR files and databases and maintain the human resource information system and employee database.

· Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

· Keep track of probation period and confirmation date for probationer.

· Keep track of employment contract renewal.

· Prepare and submit monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, TAX Deduction.

· Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment, resignation, transfer, promotion and confirmation of hire.

· Conduct job postings, screening potential candidates, liaise with respective departments, conduct interview, ensure prompt feedbacks to candidate and on boarding of successful candidates.

· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

· Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

· Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

· Organize training to staff such as inhouse / external training and team building activities

· Organize company event such as annual dinner/lunch gathering

· To assist/handling any ad-hoc task as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.

· 4 years above related Human Resource experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

· Strong ethics and reliability

· Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

· Multitasking and able to work under pressure

· Language proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.

· Possess own transport
