We are in need of an influential HR MANAGER to join our growing team at Local Assembly Sdn Bhd in Gelang Patah, Johor.

5 years and above HR Manager in Manufacturing Industry.
Currently handling more than 500 workers.
Familiar with Foreign Workers affairs.
Knowledge of ISO and RBA is an added advantage.
In-depth of knowledge in Employment Act 1955
Well equipped with the full spectrum of HR Knowledge and well verse of Malaysia Law and statutory requirement
Good knowledge in Employee relations handling process and procedure.
Good knowledge of Workers' Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities in Malaysia.
Excellent knowledge for the entire recruitment process in the Job posting to employee onboarding.
Excellent knowledge of Company HR Policy and able to write process flow and procedure for all HR functions.
Well verse knowledge in EasyPay (EPE) Payroll System and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Well verse knowledge in Smart Touch (TMS) Attendance System and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel – including pivot table, VLOOKUP, reporting, and project administration)

Working Hour:

Monday - Friday (8.00am - 6.00pm)
