HR Manager/Assistant Manager - Hiring Immediately

Responsible for providing support to top management to handle full spectrum of human resources strategies, practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & monitor HR strategies & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support current & future business needs through acquisition, engagement & development of talents.
• Oversee performance management & compensation plan that drive high performance.
• Drive company culture & nurture a positive working environment.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.           
• Report to management & provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirement

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven work experience as HR Manager covering a full spectrum of Human Resource.
• In depth knowledge of labour law & HR best practice.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• People oriented & results driven.
• Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships. at all levels of the company.
• Excellent presentation skill.
• Minimum degree holder in related discipline with 5 years hands on experience
