PEC is an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet. We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our new site in Penang, Malaysia. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large scale battery factories in Asia, Europe and the United States.

As an HR Coordinator your role consists of 2 parts:

Recruitment:

• Utilize various recruitment tools, including advertisements, direct calls, and social media platforms, to source potential candidates.
• Facilitate the instream of valuable candidates.
• Manage the selection process for vacancies: CV screening, interviews, testing…
• You will report to the global HR manager and collaborate closely with the HR team.

Administration:

• Serve as the first point of contact for external communications, handling telephone calls, visitors, mails, messages and requests professionally.
• Perform a variety of organizational, administrative, and secretarial duties efficiently, such as managing office equipment, organizing office events, contacting suppliers, and coordinating logistics and shipping.
• Make travel arrangements for employees as needed.

The ideal candidate has

• Higher HR/communication/management related degree or similar (minimum Bachelor’s level)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Extrovert, pro-active and dynamic personality
• Result driven, aiming for success in a competitive recruitment world
• Experience in recruitment/sourcing is a must
