Position Purpose  responsible to manage HR & Admin job functions of the training , foreign workers management and HR administration job functions.
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible of All Training functions which include TNA,Yearly Training Plan , Training effectiveness, Training Procedure, Training Record Keeping ,sourcing for training provider , Training budget , HRDF application and claim. Handling of ISO & Customer on the related training resources audit.
• Responsible for Foreign Worker Management, such as passport ,work permit , insurance renewal, upload E-PLKS, Fomema foreign worker new application, monitor and audit hostel fulfil the law compliance, transportation arrangement, handling of workers grievance.
• Responsible to handle all administrative functions, such as rubbish disposal, pest control service, clinic management, water dispenser, grocery , hotel corporate, stationary, locker management , PPE such as safety boat, face mask , hand glove , uniform, smock etc and key into the K3 / OA System, issues badge card to the new employee.
• Monitor the photocopier monthly usage vs budget.
• Perform New Employee orientation such as eye sight test.
• Any other adhoc task which require time by time.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies

• Minimum 3 years working experience in HR & Admin in manufacturing.
• Be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently (oral & written).
• Required skill: Microsoft 
• Knowledge: Labour law, Immigration law on foreign worker, MyEG. PLKS ,HRDF applications
• Good communication skills between employer and employee.

Education or Formal Training

• Higher/Graduate Diploma and preferred in Human Resource.

Experience Required

• Experience in HR & Admin in manufacturing sector.
