HR Payroll (中文人员）

Job Scopes:

Compensation & Benefits

• Process the entire payroll range, including calculating bonuses, statutory deductions, overtime, medical claims, allowances, and salaries. 
  completing payroll procedures in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.
• must appropriately manage the HR filing system and employees' personal files, which include leave records, medical claims, and attendance logs, among other things. 
• Responds to inquiries from employees regarding pay, deductions, attendance, and timekeeping. 
• Keeping payroll operations running smoothly by adhering to rules and guidelines.
• any ad hoc work that the management requests. 
   

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in any field
• Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to liaise with HQ China.
• 1 years+ of HR experiences, Fresh Graduate acceptable. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Extremely strong resistance to pressure
• Diligent, dedicated, and strong team spirit
