Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Ensure all allowances, OT claims, expenses claims and etc. are processed accurately and on time.
• Generate accurate and updated monthly Payroll Reports using the Payroll System.
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
• Ensure employee master record is well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees.
• Administer and ensure all confirmation and resignation of staff are processed promptly and accurately.
• Administer the HR operation matters eg. letter issuance, performance management, confirmation, employee relation etc.
• Review submission of timesheets and claims documents to ensure all submissions are in compliance with defined policies
• Any ad hoc HR projects/ task from time to time
Job Qualifications
Working hours:
Mon – Thurs (830am-600pm)
Friday (830am-630pm)
Sat & Sun off
Office Hours: Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
