AsHuman Resource & Payroll Executive at Oligo, you areresponsible for a full spectrum of daily Human ResourceAdministration-related functions, which include the monthly payrollprocessing, reporting and client HRadministration.
Responsibilities
1.Support and handle the full spectrum of daily Human Resourceadministration.
2.Administer full spectrum of payroll administration on the HRISsystem and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy andtimeliness of timesheet processing andreports.
3.Handle queries regarding Human Resourcematters.
4.Prepare and reconcile monthly leave, timesheet and claimreports.
5.To administer leave records, if required.
6.Support and handle other administrative duties, including othercustomer HR support, and other HRIS implementationsupport
7.Serve as the point of contact for HR matters forcustomers.
8.Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and whenrequired.
Qualification& Requirements
1.Must possess at least a Diploma related to Human Resources or inany similar discipline.
2.At least 1 year of HR-related experience and strong knowledge andexperience in Malaysian Employment Law and current bestpractices.
3.Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and payroll systems, will bean added advantage.
4.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport andcommunicate well with the team members andmanagement.
5.Able to work independently.

Pay:RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
