岗位职责
1、负责业务部门的招聘事务,依据业务需求制定招聘方案;
2、起草员工手册,优化公司招聘政策,绩效方案,员工评估等;
3、管理员工合同(劳动合同、社会保险),并负责合同归档管理。
4、负责公司员工的入职手续、离职手续等相关事宜。
岗位为居家办公和每周双休
任职要求
1、具备2年以上人力资源相关工作经验
2、拥有大学学历,思维清晰,主动积极,能够及时解决问题
3、具备优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for recruitment affairs of business departments, formulate recruitment plans based on business needs.
2. Draft employee handbook, optimize company recruitment policies, performance schemes, employee evaluations, etc.
3. Manage employee contracts (labor contracts, social insurance), and responsible for contract filing management.
4. Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding procedures of company employees and other related matters.
The position offers Work From Home and weekends off.
Job Requirements:
1. Have over 2 years of experience in human resources-related work.
2. Possess a university degree, with clear thinking, proactive attitude, and ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
3. Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
