HR Recruitment Consultant (Fresh Grads are welcomed) - Rewarding Work

A Recruitment Consultant job is a hybrid, yet interesting role – It is about building relationships. It is about understanding people’s needs and motivations and managing expectations of corporates and individuals. It would be an eye-opening experience for you to get to know how different companies operates and how decisions are being made.

Role:

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, resume screening, candidate assessments, and job offers
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide exceptional service
• Provide guidance and advice to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any field
• Proactive with strong communication skills
• Outgoing personality and enjoy meeting people
• Results-oriented and team-player
• FreshGraduate are welcomed. No Experience Needed
