Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR Shared Services Specialist

## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nThe incumbent is responsible to provide end-to-end HR support to Line Managers and local HR in performing a variety of HR operational requests spanning across the different HR activities \u2013 Staffing, Benefits \u0026 Leave Administration, Learning \u0026 Development and Program Operations. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes. Re-engineer existing processes to streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency. A key focus of the incumbent is to deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Full employee life cycle management, managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process. Onboarding activities includes the pre-hire logistics support, preparation of the New Hire Getting Started Guide, receiving and welcoming the new hires on Day 1 and co-ordinating New Employee Orientation. Offboarding activities include offboarding logistics support, ensuring exit employees complete the exit documentation and return all company\u2019s assets.\n * Ensure all HR documents are properly stamped and processed through LHDN.\n * Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate stamping payments.\n * Ensure all stamped documents are properly organized and stored in the designated folder.\n * Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Partner with business functions as an expert on HR policies and processes.\n * Provide support and advice to all users on HR SAP system (Employee Connect). Administering the employee lifecycle transactions including but not limited to hire, personal and organization data changes, transfer and leavers processes. Auditing for accuracy and compliance.\n * Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes. Re-engineer existing processes to streamline and develop changed processes to obtain optimal operational efficiency.\n * HR reporting and analysis derived from varying data sources.\n * Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s in business administration or HR and equivalent\n * Degree holder : 1 to 2 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of human resource activities \n * Strong working knowledge of MS office Suite which includes MS word, MS excel and MS Powerpoint\n * Working knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage\n * Is a team player with good communication and interpersonal relations skill\n * Independent and is meticulous with good organizing skill\n * Exposure to the local labor law\n * Able to main confidentiality\n * Work well under pressure and is able to meet tight deadline\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n
