Qualifications & experience

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Good communication skills and able to speak, write English fairly well
• Have a positive mindset and willing to learn.
• Customer oriented, independent, confident and highly motivated.
• Resourceful, initiative, and able to work independently as well as a team when required.
• Experience in conducting training or public speaking will be advantageous.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Support customers' tickets including call, chat, and tickets on freshwork ticketing platform
• Adhere to support ticket SOP including writing a summary for resolved tickets, streamlining conversation thru Microsoft Teams and others
• Prepare solution articles for clients reference
• Prepare training materials and conduct trainings to clients
• Perform internal testing on released application and liase with tech team for resolution of application bugs
• Prepare daily timesheet, weekly work plan and tickets analysis report
