Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
1. Manage and oversee the payroll process for employees.
- Processing Payroll: Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll-related documentation, including timesheets, pay adjustments, and employee records.
- Documentation Submission: Handle the submission of payroll-related documents to payroll agencies.
- Resignation Process: Guide resigning employees through the process of submitting necessary paperwork, such as resignation letters and clearance forms, and ensure timely processing of final payments and benefits.
- Responsible for interfacing with different countries’ intermediaries, MY SG IN etc.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and improve payroll processes.
- Compliance management: Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.
- Communication: Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.
2.Responsible for social insurance work.
- Responsible for monthly employee social insurance expense calculation, data verification, payment and declaration.
- Responsible for employee monthly social insurance increase and decrease declaration and exception handling, and establish and maintain relevant ledgers.
- Responsible for employee work-related injury, medical, maternity and other insurance claims filings.
3.Human resources related work.
- Recruitment. Update and maintenance of recruitment channels, search for resumes, interviews and selections, etc.;
- Procedures for employee entry, resignation, change management, regularization evaluation, etc.
- Roster management and updating of relevant information, labor contract ledger, attendance ledger, personnel change ledger, etc. Responsible for employee monthly attendance statistics.
