Accurately process payroll on a regular basis by utilize payroll software to process payroll and manage employee data.
To handle employees records and time attendance in order to execute accurate and timely payroll.
To handle day to day office administration function.
Maintain records and filing system and update in database.
Coordinate with HR to manage benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Managing the end-to-end process of medical claims and leave management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources/Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in Human Resources or equivalent.
Preferably with experience of software payroll system especially in Sage Easy Pay and TMS.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
