Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the overall Resort HR cum Admin (Procurement, Logistic, IT, HR, Office Admin, and coordinate/liaise with other relevant Group Support Departments / Sales / Operations) functions.
- Assist the General Manager to Plan, Organize, and Lead the overall HR cum Admin operations to achieve the Resort’s mission and vision.
- Ensure that all HR cum Admin operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provides the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
- Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
- Responsible for the admin budget. Monitors and reports any abnormalities.
- Register, monitor, and renew licenses, utilities, telephony, insurance, banking, and company assets.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Degree and/ or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Exposure to the HR admin and payroll is a prerequisite.
- At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be IT / ISO literate.
