HRO Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a HRO Team Lead to support HR Operations for a multinational technology company. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in HR shared services, operations, or BPO environments who are passionate about team management and service excellence.

What Will You Do:

• Lead and supervise a team handling HR Operations and employee support services.
• Monitor SLA, productivity, utilization, and service quality performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with QA, Trainers, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage workflow queues and daily operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and team performance.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Prior Team Lead experience is highly preferred.
• HR Operations, shared services, or BPO experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and team performance is an advantage.
