Penerangan Pekerjaan - Human Resource & Administrative Manager

Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

To be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Able to handle employee-related issues, managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management and general office administration support :-

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • To handle overall recruitment process which includes shortlisting, conducting background checks, arranging interviews and preparing employment documents. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Work with managers department to identify and address performance issues.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.

Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and manage compensation plans, including salary structures, and bonus programs.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the market.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and standard of procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on HR-related issues to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Administration:

  • To manage and oversee the day-to-day administration process and tasks.
  • To be updated with Statutory Regulations, Labour Laws and Regulations.
  • To Ensure that overall HR and administration activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
  • To undertake tasks as directed by the Superior and/or Management as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skill and presentation skill.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, experience in mediation and resolving conflict.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
