KAEFER Group is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor for our office based in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be to support our Australian operations nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations matters, conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews, onboarding, and contributing to workforce planning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Advise and guide managers on employee development and training opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the HR function within the organization.
About You
- Previous experience working for an Oversea’s company, preferably a Construction / Maintenance / Mining background.
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Proven Experience as a HR Advisor.
- Knowledge of Australian compliance preferred but not essential
- Strong excel knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
