KAEFER Group is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor  for our office based in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be to support our Australian operations nationally.  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations matters, conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews, onboarding, and contributing to workforce planning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Advise and guide managers on employee development and training opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the HR function within the organization.

About You

• Previous experience working for an Oversea’s company, preferably a Construction / Maintenance / Mining background. 
• Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritise. 
• Proven Experience as a HR Advisor. 
• Knowledge of Australian compliance preferred but not essential 
• Strong excel knowledge. 
• Strong communication skills.
