Job Description:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll administration, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and handling disciplinary matters on outlets employees.
- Maintaining updating employee files and the HR filing system including Leave and Medical claims.
- Monitoring HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for preparing various HR reports and provides administrative support to respective departments.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by superior or Management.
Job Specifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in Payroll.
- Strong leadership, team player, able to meet deadlines
- Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess own transport and willing to be based in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
