Responsibilities:
▪️ Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
▪️ Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and onboarding
▪️ Maintain the daily operations of HR & Admin departments.
▪️ Oversee and manage internal Human Resources and Administration functions.
▪️ Perform the monthly payroll matters.
▪️ Providing guidance and support to resolve employee relations issues.
▪️ Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistent and compliant with Malaysia laws and regulations.
▪️ Identifying training needs and developing training programs.
▪️ Maintain records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/statutory reporting/audits
▪️ Responsible for obtaining and renewing all necessary licenses and permits required to operate the business in Malaysia
▪️ Responsible for negotiating and executing tenancy agreements for office space, warehouses, or other premises used by the business.
▪️ Procure the necessary insurance coverage for the business, including property insurance, liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance.
▪️ Responsible for ensuring the company is in compliance with ISO standards.
▪️ Oversee the administration functions of the company, including managing office equipment and supplies, organizing company events and meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
▪️ Any others ad-hoc duties as when assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements
▪️ Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
▪️ Strong leadership and management skills.
▪️ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labour laws.
▪️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
▪️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address HR issues and challenges.
▪️ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
