Job Role
Responsible to perform and support on the execution and operations of company’s overall human resources functions which include staff payroll, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee welfare other HR administration.
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.
- Manage expatriate employment pass application and renewal with MDEC.
- Administer and liaise with the agent for insurance claims and any other related matter.
- Manage new employee onboarding – organize and conduct orientation, manage new employee checklist.
- Monitor and process timely staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
- Handle all HR administration work including letters issuance, contract renewal, managing personnel files, updating organisation charts, preparing headcount movement reports & etc.
- Ensure all HR processes and documents are properly maintained and captured accurately.
- Support the overall planning and organizing of performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review, bonus, and other areas of human resources as and when required
- Assist to organize company events and culture activities to create a fun working environment.
- Work on process betterment from time to time.
- To perform any other duties as deemed fit to be within the scope of your position.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Psychology / Law or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Admin experience preferably in HR Generalist and/or mainly HR Operations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive & proactive attitude towards work
- Empathetic, practice discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation in Malaysia.
- Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills
