Responsibilities:
- Handle employee payroll
- Handle staff attendance daily recording, worker disciplinary matter, annual leave and medical leave application and record
- Coordinate with company HOD in manpower planning and recruitment, employee performance appraisal, training and development program
- Employment document keeping and maintaining
- Conduct orientation for new employee
- Handle foreign workers matter
- Handle of Human Resource and administration job
- Monitor cleaner and guard's work schedule
- Other responsibility assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma ,Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel)
- Discipline with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Independent, self-motivated and aggressive
- Possess own transport
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
- Candidates with experience will be an added advantage
