Job Duties:
- Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Compile and analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning
- other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher
- Have your own transport
- Speak English and Malay
