Human Resource (HR) - Internship - Energetic Workplace

We are looking for an Intern to support the various functions of Human Resource and daily activities.

Ultimately, your roles and responsibilities will consist of the below but not limited to:

• Support company related events such as festivities, launches, annual dinner, town hall and more.
• Support on the design of presentation slides for event and announcements.
• Assisting on the logistics of trainings.
• Support on planning of quarterly training calendar and managing training portal.
• Training Portal & training system data update.
• Facilitate on new joiners onboarding activities.
• HR Portal Management, Updates & Maintenance.
• Upkeeping of HR Sharepoint, shared drive and other relevant platform.
• Support in any ad-hoc HR initiatives and as assigned.

Requirements and skills :

• Degree in Human Resource, Mass Comm,  IT and other relevant field.
• Experience with MS Office Functions.
• Exposure/Knowledge in any of Human Resource function would be an added advantage.
• Dedicated and committed in performing the task assigned
• Able to communicate effectively and creatively through speaking and writing, primarily in English
