Penerangan Pekerjaan - Human Resource Manager

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Responsible for overall company Human Resource activities below: -

  • Provides insights, advice and execution of HR strategy, recruitment and induction, salary planning, payroll, performance management, promotions, training requirements and all human resource related activities.
  • Interprets and support company policy and procedures providing clarification. Ensures policies are up to date and communicated on a timely manner to all employees
  • Provide answers and solutions to all HR and general questions relating to benefits compensation, recruitment, learning & development (L&D), legislations and compliance issues.
  • Responsible for the overall execution of recruitment activities in the organization and work with senior management & hiring manager to plan, manage and conduct timely & effective recruitment for multiple departments.
  • Review and implement system, procedures and work processes to enhance internal controls and improve efficiency.
  • Facilitates the processing of company Semi-Annual and Annual Performance Review process, including Confirmation and Performance reviews.
  • Established succession planning at all levels. Individual development plan should be in place and followed up closely to achieve the organization’s objectives.
  • Review organisation structure with line managers when necessary and provide professional advice.
  • Keeps abreast with new employment laws by attending professional association meetings and /or through reading and advise management accordingly.
  • Responsible for HR reporting and compiles statistical reports and information as well as conducts new employee induction and exit interviews.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required

Work Experience Requirement

  • At Minimum 10 years of working experience in Human Resource domain, with minimum 5 years as Senior HR Executive, Associate HR Manager or HR Manager
  • Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and possess high level of confidentiality
  • Good Command of written and spoken in English
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
