We are looking to hire an energetic Human Resource Manager to join our exceptional team at JVMC Corporation Sdn Bhd in Melaka, Melaka.

  1. Lead the HR systems development and implementation, oversee the creation and execution of policies, procedures, and processes. 
  2. Implement strategic approach which guarantee seamless integration of any necessary updates, safeguarding legal compliance and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  3. Responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational  expansion goals, ensuring seamless implementation, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders.
  4. Responsible in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training and development programs and evaluating training outcomes, refining programs as needed, and staying abreast of industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits within the organization which includes designing and implementing competitive compensation structures, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Responsible in conducting market analysis to benchmark compensation practices, administers performance-based incentive programs, and provides guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  7. Responsible in performance management and succession planning within the organization which involves developing and implementing performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on goal setting and feedback mechanisms, and facilitating performance improvement plans when necessary.
  8. Responsible for identifying high-potential employees and creates succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for key roles within the organization.
  9. Collaborate with department heads to assess current and future talent needs, and develop strategies to address skill gaps and succession challenges.
  10. Accept any other delegations and responsibilities as allocated by the line manager.
