We are in need of a meticulous Human Resources Administration Manager (HRAM) to join our energetic team at MICRO TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION SDN BHD in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

Human Resources Management:

- Overseeing in Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new employees.

- Overseeing compensation and benefits administration.

- Overseeing and Managing payroll and management report. 

- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Managing employee performance, training, and development.

- Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

 

Administrative Management:

- Overseeing office facilities, supplies, and equipment.

- Overseeing adhoc arrangements and logistics.

- Managing vendor relationships and contracts.

- Managing and supervising administrative staff.

- Implementing and improving administrative processes.

- Ensuring compliance with administrative policies and procedures.

- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Internal Control and IPO Process:

- Collaborating with the finance and legal departments to establish and maintain effective internal control systems.

- Assisting in the preparation of IPO documentation.

- Conducting internal audits and risk assessments.

- Monitoring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

- Providing guidance and support in the IPO process.

- Participating in due diligence processes.

- Coordinating with external advisors.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR management and administrative functions.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
