Qualifications & experience

  • At least Diploma, preferably in human resource or administration related disciplines with good command of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Acts, and other related regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferable at least 5 years of work experiences in the same field/ position.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist to develops Organization issues; contribution information, analysis and recommendations to organization strategy thinking and direction; establishing HRA objectives in line with organization objective strategies by identifying and researching HRA and core values.
  • Implements HRA strategies by establishing dept accountability, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health&welfare benefits, training&dev, records management, safety&health, succession planning, employee relations&retention, compliance, and labor relations.
  • Manage HRA operations by payroll processing, recruiting, selection, orienting, terminating, transferring, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contributions by consolidation all employee’s KPI submission.
  • Responsible to ensure timely, completeness and accuracy of monthly payroll processing including of staffs’ attendance, overtime computation, commission, expenses claim etc
  • Responsible to lead the team and enhance the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) under Human Resources and Administration and complies with ISO standards.
  • Develops HRA operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends and variances; aligning monetary resources and budget; developing action plans, measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Understanding on Company Core Value and responsible to strengthen the value to all employees.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Plan and organize Employee engagement programmes after approval by Management is granted i.e Company Annual Dinner, Team building, Wellness Programs, Birthday Celebration, Donation, Sports activities, etc.
  • Organise, coordinate, and conduct the Group’s general meetings, Committee meetings, any management meetings by preparing of agenda, memo or notice; including the compilation of the necessary meeting papers and generate of meeting minutes.
