Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for collating attendance and leave records for reporting purpose.
- Handling HR-related matters such as medical / training and employee records.
- Interview arrangement, preparing offer letters and onboarding arrangement for new hires.
- Provide payroll and commission summary to Accounts Department.
- Provide support for HR-related activities including company’s events for employee, teambuilding efforts, etc
- Understand & balancing the needs of the company management & staff requirement & propose solutions.
- To keep the files and data for all the employees of the company as private and confidential.
- Knowledge of Malaysia employment legislation
Required Job Skill
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ working experience
- Solid communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Able to multi-task responsibilities with shifting priorities
- Proficient in MSWord and MS Excel
- Good command in Mandarin & English will be an advantage
