Human Resources Assistant Manager - Collaborative Environment

Job Description: 

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes .
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
• Aid in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including communicating changes to employees, providing guidance on policy interpretation, and ensuring compliance. 
• Monitor HR processes and activities to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. 
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR administrative processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. 
• Support the performance appraisal processes and provide guidance and support on PIP.
• Actively participate in HR initiatives and projects, contributing to the design, planning, and implementation of HR programs and processes.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Qualification: 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 
• A HR generalist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions 
• A people-person, strong in interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fast learning and willing to travel
