Job Description:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes .
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Aid in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including communicating changes to employees, providing guidance on policy interpretation, and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor HR processes and activities to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR administrative processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
- Support the performance appraisal processes and provide guidance and support on PIP.
- Actively participate in HR initiatives and projects, contributing to the design, planning, and implementation of HR programs and processes.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- A HR generalist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions
- A people-person, strong in interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fast learning and willing to travel
