We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join our team. The HRBP Manager will be collaborating closely with senior management and sales leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

About your role

• Collaborate with senior management and sales leaders to understand business/sales goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies and initiatives to support them.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business/sales leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, sales performance management, talent acquisition, sales incentive programs, and organizational development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive culture initiatives and foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.
• Lead the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures, tailored to the needs of the sales team, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations..
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
• Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• HR certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
