Human Resources Business Partner - with Great Benefits

1. Personnel Recruitment: Communicate with business unit leaders to understand recruitment needs based on business requirements and personnel gaps. Conduct recruitment activities, complete recruitment tasks on time and with quality, and manage new employee onboarding.
2. Recruitment Channel Management: Develop, manage, and maintain various online and offline recruitment channels. Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment channels, improve recruitment efficiency, and manage recruitment costs.
3. Recruitment Projects: Assist in organizing various recruitment events, including campus recruitment. Engage in public relations activities aimed at long-term recruitment goals and contribute to building the employer brand and talent pipeline.
4. Organization and Data Management: Manage the company’s personnel structure and promptly request adjustments based on business needs. Implement recruitment data management, analyze data, and provide regular reports.
5. Training Management: Execute various HR training initiatives. Analyze training needs based on specific business situations and development goals, and organize training activities.
6. Talent Development: Coordinate various talent development projects based on business needs. This includes talent inventory, selection, onboarding follow-up interviews, and promotions.
7. Organizational Development: Make timely organizational structure adjustments as needed by business departments to achieve effective organization and personnel layout.
8. Team Building: Assume administrative roles within business units. Foster a positive team atmosphere through various means, pay attention to the mindset and work status of key talents in the region, and provide guidance and support.
9. Other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Administrative Management, Economics, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with preference given to those with experience in the financial industry or web3 enterprises/marketing system HRBP roles.
3. Strong interview skills, proficient in various recruitment models and tools.
4. Rich experience in training and talent development, adept at using relevant tools and models.
5. Proficient in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
7. Fluency in both Chinese and English.
