Human Resources Consultant (Fresh grads are welcome) - Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Oversee the successful execution of client projects in HR solutions.
• Manage HR projects, covering onboarding, offboarding, talent solutions, and timesheet management with precision.

Client Management:

• Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their HR challenges.
• Develop strategies to expand and retain key accounts in the HR solutions industry.

Client Retention:

• Execute retention strategies, promptly addressing client concerns.
• Monitor and enhance client satisfaction levels in the HR solutions sector.

Employee Relations:

• Handle the employees with full responsibilities.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances.
• They mediate disputes, address employee concerns, and ensure that the organization maintains a positive and productive work environment.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

• Strategize to increase employee engagement and reduce turnover rates within the organization.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that the organization complies with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes staying up-to-date on changes in employment legislation, implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks, and conducting audits to ensure compliance.

HR Service Delivery:

• Manage relationships with various clients, ensuring satisfaction with our HR solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize HR solutions, covering areas like timesheet management, talent solutions, and compliance with labor laws.

Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with clients to align HR strategies with their business goals.
• Implement customized HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Collaboration:

• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to enhance HR service delivery.
• Collaborate to refine HR services, adapting to the dynamic needs of our clients.

Data Analysis:

• Use data analytics to assess HR and workforce performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.
• Deliver regular reports to clients on the performance of HR solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR field (payroll, hr matters)
• Experience in managing key clients will be an added advantage
• Flexible to travel when it’s required
• Enthusiastic and willing to go extra mile in terms of work responsibility when it's require.
• Understanding of HR solutions, talent management, and labor law compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
