Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. 
• Responsible of full spectrum of payroll process. Preparing and managing end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring accurate compensation for employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Training and Development 

• Identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. This could include both job-specific training and professional development opportunities.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding 

• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper orientation and training.
• Managing the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.

Compliance.

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to HR practices.

Administration:

• Plan, organize and monitor day-to-day office and administration functions to ensure employees are provided with a conducive working and living environments in order to enhance productivity.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/HR/Economics/Finance any related field
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in Human Resource function.
• Familiar with Labour Office Management and Compliance.
