POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
DEPARTMENT : HUMAN RESOURCES
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resources
2. Computer literature with Working knowledge of MS Office
3. Excellent communication abilities
4. Hands-on and good in report analysis
5. Fast learner
6. UBS Payroll System
RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) Recruiting, Interviewing and selects potential employee
(b) Promotion & termination, promotions of current employee
(c) Preparing performance review for HR Department, IT Department, Sales Department, Production Department (include Machine Operation, Packing, QC, Store, Digital Printing and etc) (KPI / Review Form)
(d) Advise the management on proper solution on solving employee related issues
(e) Develop and maintain suitable system or report to meets the management information needs
(f) Prepare report and documents that related to human resource operations
(g) Process payroll / salary payment on monthly basis
(h) Monthly contribution for statutory requirement related to HR matters
(i) Recommend potential solution of reducing absenteeism, increment rate, bargaining
(j) Contract renewal for foreign workers, any matters related to working permits
(k) Conduct investigation and prepare document regarding disciplinary action taken to the employee
(l) Study any human resource related act and response to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
(m) Consult legal counsel to ensure that company policies comply with federal and state law
(n) Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations that related to human resources function
(o) Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit interview
(p) Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
(q) to cover simple admin job
