Job Description

• Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice and compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
• Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters.
• Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings & solutions to the management team.
• Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
• Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manpower Plan and Monitoring with the operation team .
• Process monthly payroll (timesheet, OT calculation etc.).
• Prepare monthly reports. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources or any related field.
• Extensive experience working in HR Generalist, HR Strategy and strong HR concepts, excellent execution in the diversified workplace.
• Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.
• Have 2 - 3 years experience in HR position. 
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
