Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) - Fast Hire

Job Description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition & Training Executive within the hospitality industry. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization by attracting top talent and fostering their development.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
   • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
   • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they align with our organization's values and culture.
   • Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the selection process.
   • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
2. Training and Development:
   • Design and implement training programs tailored to the unique needs of our hotel staff.
   • Work closely with department managers to identify training gaps and develop solutions to address them.
   • Conduct engaging training sessions on topics such as customer service, safety protocols, and job-specific skills.
   • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Employee Engagement:
   • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
   • Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on career development opportunities.
   • Assist in organizing employee recognition events and programs to celebrate achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 year’s experience in talent acquisition and/or training within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
• Based at Genting (Accommodation will be provided)
