Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Food & Beverage department, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the Food & Beverage sector, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of Food & Beverage staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects that support the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HR roles within the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, with the ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
