We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with broad HR knowledge.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Human Resources Generalist that assists in employee management related activities and office administration. The ideal candidate is experienced with HR related assignments. We require an HR all-rounder who has experience across the HR spectrum.

This role will report to the Human Resources Manager and directly to the Director. You will work closely with HR Teams across Malaysia and Taiwan and will mainly be responsible for the duties that are directly associated with the Malaysia-based employees.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Conducting full-life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Support the onboarding and off-boarding process.
• Employee Management: Manage employee relations activities which include employee attendance records, employee counseling, conduct exit interviews, and track employee performance.
• Office Administration: Track and record office furniture and supplies. Maintain accurate HR records and documentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree with CGPA > 3.50
• Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in the HR field especially regarding Talent Acquisition, Payroll Processing, Employee Relations and familiarity with Malaysia Employment Act and Labor Law
• Preferably experience working in regional or/and global business setup
• Excellent communication skills with a strong desire for people development
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
