Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) - Join a Market Leader

A Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing various HR functions within an organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws. HR Managers also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring effective communication between management and employees. Additionally, they may handle conflict resolution, administer benefits programs, and contribute to strategic planning related to workforce management. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible and accountable for the full spectrum of HR including selection and recruitment, manpower planning and training, and other HR-related matters.
2. Responsible for driving recruitment to meet the needs of the organization and partnering with the department to implement appropriate Recruitment and selection strategies.
3. Assist in developing a conducive environment that will attract and retain qualified employees.
4. Manage employee discipline or employee relations issues, grievances, and counselling on work-related problems.
5. Assist in the process of reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, plans, and processes in accordance with the Company’s direction and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
6. To participate in process improvement activities and plans for HR Development.
7. Ensure compliance with Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements.
8. Assist in process monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.
9. Participate in the organization of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employees’ engagement.
10. Provide HR advisory service to line functions and ensure all employment activities comply with various employment legislations.
11. Ensures that Employee Handbook is established, implemented, and maintained
12. Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR leader, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior HR management role. Payroll experience is essential.
3. Proficient with both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
7. Willing to work in Kapar Bestari, Klang. (Nearby Setia Alam & Kapar)
