Job Description

• Recruiting the right talent for the company by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, arranging interview sessions, and managing the hiring process
• Plan, create, and implement an effective onboarding process
• Neatly maintain employee records
• Process and ensure payroll is correct and completed in a timely manner
• Arrange training and development programs for talents
• Develop and implement fun initiatives and team-building activities to support staff health and wellness
• Assist in performance management processes
• Ensure a fun and engaging working environment for all staff!

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
• Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position with at least 1-2 years of work experience.
• Good command in English and communication skills
• Having a passion for the overall growth of talent and the company
• Understanding labour laws will be a plus point
• Passionate about learning with a good attitude and love being in the creative field
• Technology savvy in current technology and software
• Attention to detail and great organization skills
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with the staff
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Engaging personality, great sense of humor, and willingness to have fun!
